"Fitment info didn’t match my experience"
The site said these wheels would fit my car, but when I got to the installer, they told me they wouldn’t work without extra parts. I’ve ordered wheels before for another car and it was way more straightforward, so this was frustrating. Ended up wasting most of my Saturday trying to sort it out.

"Sales staff couldn’t be bothered"
I called in with a few basic questions, nothing wild or complicated, but apparently that was still asking a lot. The sales staff sounded like they were just trying to get me off the phone as quickly as possible, which was definitely an interesting approach to making a sale.
The answers I got were short, vague, and not especially helpful. I had to repeat myself more than once, and even then, I still didn’t really get the information I needed. Maybe they were busy, sure, but a little effort would’ve been nice.
By the end of the call, it felt like they couldn’t care less whether I bought anything or not. So I took the hint and looked somewhere else.

"Financing wasn’t as clear as I expected"
I tried using the financing option because I didn’t really want to pay everything upfront. The whole process was confusing, and I kept getting mixed information about what I actually qualified for. It looked simple on the site, but it didn’t feel that way once I started going through it. I ended up not buying because I just didn’t feel good about the payments and terms. I wish it had been more clear before I spent time on it.

"Took a while to figure out the issue"
I spent a decent amount of time looking through different wheel options and ended up ordering these because the description made it seem like they’d be the right fit. Shipping was fine and everything looked okay at first, so I figured it was all good. But once I actually went to get them installed, it turned out the fitment info listed wasn’t accurate. That meant I had to go through the return process and basically lost time I could’ve avoided. I just wish the product details had been double-checked before being posted

I was just trying to look around and find what I needed, probably while making coffee in the background, but the pages kept freezing every time I clicked around. It got frustrating quickly because I couldn’t really find anything without having to wait or refresh.

"Slow response and not very clear"
I had to wait a few days to get an answer, and when it finally came through, it was still vague. They did reply eventually, but the whole customer service experience felt slow and frustrating. I’d definitely keep your expectations in check and make sure you have everything documented just in case

"Confusing messages and a bad mount/balance job"
I wasn't happy with the mount and balance job. The mounting looked sloppy, and the balance felt way off once I drove it. What made it more frustrating was the confusion afterward — the email seemed to say one thing, but what I was told in person was different. Overall, it just didn’t feel like it was done carefully

"Nice wheel, but the replacement process dragged on"
The wheel itself looked good overall, but it showed up with a chip on the lip, which was disappointing. To their credit, they did respond and eventually helped get a replacement sorted out. That said, it took way too many emails and a lot of waiting around to get there. I’m glad it was resolved in the end, but the whole process definitely wasn’t as smooth as I’d hoped

"TPMS setup was more hassle than expected"
I ordered wheels with TPMS from audiocityusa.com, and I assumed they’d be pretty much ready to go once installed. Right away the sensors weren’t reading correctly, and the warning light popped on, so my first thought was that something wasn’t set up right from the start.
For the price, I figured this would be a smooth install without me having to chase down issues. I spent time trying to sort it out myself, then ended up paying a shop to look it over, which was annoying. Not the experience I expected.

My order eventually showed up, but the shipping took longer than I expected. I also reached out to support and the experience was underwhelming, not terrible, just not very helpful. Overall, I’d say it was a meh experience and I probably wouldn’t be in a hurry to order again

"Delivery was such a mess"
I ordered wheels and the delivery date kept changing over and over. One day it said one thing, then it changed again, then I was just stuck waiting with no clear updates. It was really frustrating because I kept checking and kept getting nowhere. The package finally showed up late, but by then I was already annoyed. i wouldn’t trust them with shipping again.

I never heard back from them, and the updates were terrible. I kept waiting for some kind of clear communication, but it just didn’t happen. Maybe I’m not the only one who’s dealt with this?

I had to return an item and the return itself went through without any issues, but the refund took longer than I expected. Support did respond, just not very quickly. It wasn’t a terrible experience, but it wasn’t great either, and I would have appreciated an apology for the delay.

"I’ll admit I’m a little picky..."
I’ll admit I’m a little picky about appointment times, but I really had a tough time finding one that worked for me here. They only had a few slots available, and trying to change the appointment felt more annoying than it needed to be. The actual service was fine once I got in, but the scheduling process definitely left me frustrated.

I can’t give more than 1 star for the checkout experience. The payment step was confusing and I had to retry it, which was really frustrating. I just wanted to place my order and move on, not get stuck dealing with some clunky automated system that makes everything feel harder than it needs to be

I felt like the wording made it sound like I was getting a better deal than I actually was. Once I looked closer, the prices seemed high and the value just wasn’t there for me. I ended up finding better deals elsewhere quickly.

I checked the inventory before going, assuming it would be at least somewhat accurate, but it ended up being off. I get that stock can change, but it’s a bit frustrating when the system says something is available and then it isn’t.

I thought choosing local pickup would be quicker and easier, but it ended up being the opposite. I waited way longer than expected, and the whole process felt disorganized. It was frustrating enough that I had to bring it up with staff, and I still didn’t feel like the issue was handled very well. Not convenient at all...

"Fitment was nowhere near right"
I ordered these wheels after relying on the fitment info they provided, so I expected them to be a straightforward match for my car. Once they were on, though, it was obvious something was off. They rubbed badly and the overall look was completely different from what I had pictured.
When I tried to get some help, it felt like I was being passed around instead of getting a clear answer. For me, wheel fitment is the whole point of ordering from a place like this, so having it be this far off was really disappointing and frustrating.
